March-October (Daylight Savings)
3-4 miles of different distances from 400-1600 meters. All paces welcome. Some keep running through the winter. Check FB.

Workouts are geared towards runners and triathletes to get you stronger so you can go longer. Light weight, body weight, and running is in every workout. First workout is free.
