The first six weeks of Phase One training schedule will appear here for everyone and then will only be seen by Program Members after W6. One workout of each phase will also be available to see the progression and rigor of each phase.

Tuesday Track 7:00 PM

Wester Middle School

3-4 miles of different distances from 400-1600 meters.  All paces welcome.


Wednesday Social 6:30 PM
Frisco Running Company Store
3-5 miles and all paces welcome.


Thursday Interval Training 7:30 PM

North Frisco CrossFit  **$5 Drop in fee**

Workouts are geared towards runners and triathletes to get you stronger so you can go longer.  Light weight, body weight, and running is in every workout.  First workout is free.  


Saturday Social 6:30 AM

Frisco Running Company Store

3-20 miles depending on races, schedules, and program.  All paces welcome.
